CARPIN holds its 2nd Kick Off 2026 with Production Value Stream Leaders
On January 20th, CARPIN held its 2nd Kick Off 2026 event, bringing together the leaders of the Production Value Streams for a strategic alignment and planning session.
The meeting provided an opportunity to review the main challenges and achievements of 2025, encouraging a collective reflection on results and key learnings. It also served to define the objectives that will guide CARPIN’s activities throughout 2026, with a strong focus on efficiency, innovation and continuous improvement.
The event included contributions from the Timber Coordination team, Business Management, Production and Continuous Improvement, reinforcing an integrated and cross-functional approach across the organisation.
With aligned teams, clear goals and renewed commitment, CARPIN enters 2026 ready to deliver new projects with the quality and excellence that define its signature.
