Kick Off 2024: An Explosion of Energy and Innovation
On January 11, 2024, Carpin hosted a Kick Off event, marking the beginning of a new year. Dr. Carlos Rocha, Administrator of the Casais Group, opened the event, inspiring the team with his vision and strategy for the future.
Moreover, we had the honor of welcoming the Kaizen team as special guests. During the event, they conducted a diagnostic of the work done in 2023 and presented a future vision for an exciting project that will be implemented throughout 2024 by Carpin.
It was a day filled with sharing, excitement, and a renewal of our dedication to do more and better. We thank all employees for their enthusiastic participation.
